Returns and refund policy

0130-day returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it meets the conditions below. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

02Return conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• Include all accessories, manuals and parts that came in the box.
• For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products and opened in-ear or headset items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Sealed skincare products can be returned within the 30-day window.

03How to start a return

• Email superdoopershop@danialenterprises.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

04Free returns for faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return postage and send a replacement or refund you in full.

05Return shipping costs

For a change of mind, return postage is paid by the customer. Free shipping on your original order is not refunded for change-of-mind returns where applicable.

06Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the refund.

07Your statutory rights (UK)

If you are a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights.
