Shipping policy

01Free shipping to the USA and UK

Avelnix Shop, operated by DANIAL ENTERPRISES LTD, offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value.

02Delivery times

• United Kingdom: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• United States: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and public holidays.

03Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only. The shipping countries available at checkout are the only ones we can deliver to.

04Order tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. Where the carrier provides tracking, a tracking link is included.

05Customs, duties and taxes

Prices shown at checkout include the shipping you pay to us, which is free. If your parcel is subject to import duties or local taxes in your country, these are shown at checkout where applicable.

06Delays, damage or missing parcels

• If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

07Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always try to help.
